Privacy policy of the GOGET.FUN website

1. General information

This policy applies to the GOGET.FUN website, operating at: https://goget.fun

The operator of the website and the Controller of personal data is: INFO Adam Rusin, ul. Ozimska 4/7, 45-057 Opole, entered in the business activity register of the City of Opole under no. 33579, NIP: 754-169-85-47, REGON: 531144558.

The operator's e-mail contact address is: help@goget.fun (as well as the contact form available in the Service).

The operator is the Controller of your personal data in respect of data provided voluntarily in the Service.

The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:

– maintaining the user account (customer or partner) and handling login;

– fulfilling orders for discount coupons, payments, and settlements;

– presenting partner offers (discount coupons) and handling cooperation with partners;

– communication with users (including responses to inquiries submitted via the contact form);

– sending transactional messages and — with your consent — commercial information;

– ensuring security, statistics, and proper operation of the Service.

The Service obtains information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

– through data entered voluntarily in forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems;

– by storing cookie files (so-called "cookies") on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.

User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way — it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing passwords.

The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.

An important element of data protection is regular updating of the software used by the Operator to process personal data, including software components.

To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backup copies.

3. Hosting

The hosting company, in order to ensure technical reliability, maintains logs at the server level. These may include, inter alia: resources identified by URL (addresses of requested pages and files), time the request was received, time the response was sent, client station name (HTTP identification), HTTP error information, URL of the previously visited page (referrer), browser information, IP address, diagnostic information related to service operation in the Service, and information related to e-mail sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on the use of data

In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the agreement with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies in particular to: the hosting company (on a processing basis), electronic payment operators (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), IT service providers, and authorised employees and collaborators who use the data for the purpose of operating the Service.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by law (e.g. accounting). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years, unless you withdraw consent or object earlier.

You have the right to request from the Administrator: access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator's actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for use of the Service (to the extent required to create an account, order a coupon, or make contact).

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and — with consent — for direct marketing purposes.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area unless necessary for payment processing or use of analytics tools — in which case this occurs only on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses) or in accordance with the policy of the relevant entity.

5. Information in forms

The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Service may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Service may record information that facilitates linking data in a form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form.

Data provided in a form is processed for the purpose arising from the function of the specific form, e.g. account registration, coupon order, contact with the administrator, partner profile editing. In each case, the context and description of the form indicate its purpose.

6. Administrator logs

Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used for administering the website, ensuring security, and resolving technical issues.

7. Important marketing techniques

The Operator may use remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user's behaviour on the website. The technological condition for such activities is enabled cookie support and — where required — your consent.

The Operator may use solutions that automate the operation of the Service in relation to users, e.g. sending e-mail messages after a specific event (e.g. registration or order confirmation), provided you have consented to receive correspondence or it is necessary to perform the agreement.

The Operator may use profiling within the meaning of personal data protection regulations — within the limits described in this policy and applicable consents.

8. Information about cookies

The Service uses cookies.

Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files stored on the user's end device and intended for use of the Service pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website, storage time on the device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies and obtaining access to them is the Service Operator.

Cookies are used, among other things, for: maintaining the user session after login (so that it is not necessary to re-enter login on each subpage), remembering preferences (e.g. cookie consent), fulfilling the purposes described in the "Important marketing techniques" section.

The Service uses session cookies (temporary, until logout or browser closure) and persistent cookies (for a period specified in their parameters or until deleted by the user).

A web browser usually allows cookies by default. The user can change settings or delete cookies — details in the browser documentation.

Restricting cookies may affect some functionality of the Service.

Cookies may also be used by entities cooperating with the Operator (e.g. analytics tools or payment operators), in accordance with their privacy policies.

9. Managing cookies – how to give and withdraw consent?

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings. Disabling cookies necessary for authentication or security may make it difficult or impossible to use the Service.

The Service provides a cookie consent banner — you can accept or reject optional cookies as described.
